Still kicking yourself for not scoring a pair of limited-edition Hot Pocket cargo shorts in 2022, the ones with an insulated pocket for keeping a Hot Pocket warm? Then you definitely won’t want to miss the latest opportunity to become a walking chafing dish.

Holiday Inn Express released a line of top-and-bottom sweats ensembles called Pancakesuits whose hoodie tops feature what the brand calls a “hidden warming pocket” for pancakes lined with heat-reflecting, insulating fabric.

Thanks to its mesmerizing self-serve pancake machines, the hotel chain claims to serve 28 million pancakes annually in the US and Canada. The Pancakesuits, which feature embroidered pancakes, blueberries, and syrup, cost $99, with kid sizes costing $50.

The effort is a collaboration with New Orleans-based streetwear brand Mr. Eatwell, which boasts the enviable motto, “Comfortable clothes for uncomfortable people.”

Batter up: The release is tied to National Pancake Day, which is September 26 (although some celebrate in February).

On National Pancake Day, the ensemble will sell for half price on the Mr. Eatwell site, with the discount code PANCAKEMYDAY, which, if you can do a decent Clint Eastwood impression, you should say after, “Go ahead…”

“I started Mr. Eatwell with the vision of blending my love for comfort and food, so collaborating with the Holiday Inn Express brand on this collection of ‘Pancakesuits’ was a natural fit,” Mr. Eatwell founder Matt Rebackoff said in a press release.

A “Pringles x Crocs” collab included a pair of Crocs boots that featured a holster for small cans of the stackable chips.

If the shoe chips: In April, a “Pringles x Crocs” collab included a pair of Crocs boots that featured a holster for small cans of the stackable chips.

The collab is of course less about practicality and more about being what Axios called “Instagrammable novelties” promoted by influencers, with Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross sporting the Pringles boots at Coachella.
